In early 2014, TIME Magazine sent Alex Majoli to photograph the production of the first half of the final season of the critically acclaimed TV series, Mad Men.

The show’s plot focuses on the operations of a 1960s advertising agency, Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce, and the lives of its employees during the span of that tumultuous decade. Since it premiered in 2007, Mad Men has won 16 Emmy Awards, 5 Golden Globes and it is regarded as one of the greatest TV shows of all time.
