CX Associate, Freelance

We are looking for a CX Associate to be the first point of contact for Magnum’s customers around the world. When something goes wrong with a delivery, you’re the first responder. If someone just wants to chat about photography and Magnum, you’re there to hear them out. You must be an exceptional communicator and self-driven problem solver.

Graphic Designer, Digital

We are looking for a graphic designer who understands the value of photography, can play an active role in campaign planning and drives impact by providing input on visual design. You will be responsible for the design of materials that bring our mission to life and consistently demonstrate our visual language. You’ll be brought into the fold throughout the process—from internal brainstorms and requirements gathering to feedback rounds and production support.

Digitisation Manager

Reporting to the Production Director, the digitisation team converts our analogue collections via scanning or photography to enable them to be accessed and preserved digitally. In addition, the team will also take delivery of newly created work by our photographers to integrate with Magnum’s archive.

Working with the Archive Director, you will discover previously undigitised works and update existing digital assets before delivering to internal departments who then connect the content with our audiences.

Based in Montigny le Bretonneux near St Quentin-en-Yvelines – this is a full time role, 40hrs per week (9:30am- 18:30pm Monday – to Friday).

Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to reimagine how we run projects at Magnum and implement across the digital team. In this role, you will support global partnerships, lead large digital commercial events across different vertices and partner with our external site development agency to deliver at a consistent, high standard to budget and on time. You must be an exceptional systems creator, communicator and problem solver.

The Project Manager will sit within the Digital Team. You will work closely with all digital team members, other teams (Education, Gallery, Culture, Corporate) and external partners. This role will act as the bridge between all functions– driving everyone towards the same goals.

Senior Assignment Manager, Content (New York)

We are looking for a Senior Assignment Manager to maintain Magnum’s relationships with US media partners and NGOs, handling incoming assignments and proactively finding support for photographers’ personal work.

Reporting to the Director of Content Partnerships, you will be responsible for prospecting and managing assignments and commissions across editorial, NGO and not-for-profit markets — in the United States, and in partnership with Magnum’s UK and Paris teams. This involves pitching ideas to traditional publications and new/ emerging media platforms, as well as managing incoming assignment requests.
