Creative Offering (Product Strategy) and Collaborations, Senior Manager

We are looking for a Creative Offering and Collaborations, Senior Manager to join Magnum’s digital team. You will work hand-in-hand with photographers, partners and key team members to define how we extend Magnum’s cultural impact through prints, books, and fresh, new merchandise. You’ll be the steward of the B2C customer-collector product strategy from concept and curation through development, launch, and lifecycle management, constantly learning about what works and imagining what could be. You will own the print offering (accessible print products including posters, 8×10 editioned prints, contact sheets, books, stationery, etc), the yet-undefined merchandise collection and the development of culturally relevant, unexpected collaborations. You must have an understanding of the photography world to ground your thinking as well as new ideas of what we can offer our audience to create something unique to Magnum.

Your work will span product development and image curation, assortment strategy, merchandising, go-to-market strategy, financial planning and forecasting and global pricing strategy. Getting a robust and thoughtful culturally-led offering to market takes a village, and you will work closely with company leadership, publishing, offline gallery, operations, cultural, marketing, and content teams.
