Magnum Flow

“Flow is the open and honest Magnum we want going forward. This is the Magnum the next generation will inherit.” Mikhael Subotzky and the Flow team

Magnum Flow is a new, photographer-initiated project which allows the Magnum collective’s members to share both contemporary and historical work relating to world-changing events, in near-real-time.

Emerging from organic photographer conversations over the early weeks of the COVID-19 crisis, Flow reflects Magnum’s diversity of practices and its many voices across differing geographies, as an evolving document reacting to the state of the world. New images, writings, and artworks can be seen in evolving dialogue, alongside informal comments, screen grabs, draft layouts and direct messages.

Magnum Flow can be found here, and is a co-creation with Fotomat.
