A long-time resident of New York, Thomas Hoepker vividly captures the city’s complex spirit and characters in all their many moods. In 1981 he took a series of iconic images of Andy Warhol in his New York studio. Warhol is generally acknowledged as one of the most influential artists of the twentieth century.
