Description

When you attend a Magnum workshop, the learning doesn’t begin and end there. The Magnum Connect Program is a free online series of lectures and portfolio reviews open to former workshop and seminar participants who would like to come together, continue relationships, and carry on learning from each other.

Taking place quarterly, the program is an opportunity for participants to share new work, get updates on each other’s projects, and make use of the international network of photographers that Magnum Learn offers.

The event kicks off with a lecture (open to all) which aims to inspire thinking and discussion. This is then followed by group portfolio reviews (open to former workshop participants only) moderated by the Magnum Learn team. Each group review will last an hour, with 15 minutes allocated per participant. Some of the work will be selected to be featured on the Magnum Learn Instagram channel.

This is your chance to reconnect with former participants, get feedback on your latest work, meet new colleagues, and spend some time with the Magnum team.

Registrations are open on a first-come first-served basis. Do not worry if you don’t get a slot this time, as this will be a recurring event.

Please note that the portfolio reviews are open to participants who attended education events between January 2020 and July 2021.
