Known for her work in conflict zone of Central America in the 1970s and 1980s, especially her photographs of the Nicaraguan Revolution, Susan Meiselas has covered issues surrounding Human rights, cultural identity and the sex industry. Meiselas spent long periods of time with the people she engaged with and used photography, film or video to explore their narratives.

Co-produced with the Jeu de Paume, the exhibition brings together a broad range of Susan Meiselas’ projects, from the 1970s to the present day, in one of the most comprehensive surveys of her work ever held in Europe.

The exhibition will tour to Jeu de Paume (Paris, France) Feb. 6 – May 20th, then to The San Francisco Museum of Art (CA) in summer 2018.
