Applications are now open for a 5-month masterclass in Creative Documentary and Photojournalism in London developed by Magnum Photos and Spéos Photo & Video School. Please read the information below before applying here.

This in-depth masterclass is designed for students who wish to acquire the fundamentals of documentary photography and/or photojournalism, in the Magnum Photos tradition of visual storytelling.

The formal program is delivered by Spéos Photo School and students will be given unique access to Magnum’s photographers and its experienced staff. The course will equip students with the contextual framework required to develop and engage in critical thinking about documentary photography, as well as providing technical guidance and tutorial support to develop students’ individual documentary practice.

The credits acquired during this program allow students wishing to become professionals to continue their studies at Spéos by integrating the second part of the following 1-year or 2-year programs:

– Professional photography,
– Title of photographer RNCP level I,
– European Master of Photography.
