This islamic college, one of the largest in Europe, provides the full curriculum of koranic studies. It is run by muslims of Gujerati indian origin, who believe that various hadiths (sayings) by the prophet forbid representation of the human face, and authorise photography from the back only, an interesting exercise for the photographer. They listen to the radio but do have tv sets. - Abbas
