For the first time, Jean Gaumy shows two of his new photographic series ‘Arctic’ and ‘Cliffs’ in a major exhibition at the castle of Saint-Pierre-de-Varengeville.
The photographs by Jean Gaumy are presented together with paintings by Camille Doligez within the joint exhibition ‘Behind Appearances / Forms of Chaos’.

Bruno Barbey and Jean Gaumy have been elected to the Academy of Fine Arts of the Institute of France. They will sit alongside Sebastiao Salgado and Yann Arthus-Bertrand, with the mission of encouraging artistic creation in all its forms and to ensure the defense of French cultural heritage.
