Syrian Refugees in Lebanon

In October of 2013 Jerome Sessini traveled to Lebanon to document the consequences of the ongoing civil war in Syria, specifically the living conditions of refugees who've crossed the border looking for safety.

Since the beginning of the conflict over 800,000 Syrians have crossed the 360 kilometre-long Syrian-Lebanon border. With a long history of sectarian conflict of their own, Lebanon’s situation is becoming increasingly more volatile as the Syrian conflict pours over the border.
