On April 2nd Iranian and US officials announced that a framework had been reached for an agreement that would restrict Iran's ability to develop nuclear arms. In exchange, the international community will cancel any sanctions which had been leveled in response to the nuclear threat. This news comes after weeks of intense negotiations. The goal is to finalize the details of the agreement by June.
